Behind the Karloon kennel name is mom and daughter team Tanja Seiloo and Ira Karvo. Our first norfolk terrier came to family in 2007 when Binacan Young Rose (breeder Sari Pirilä, kennel Binacan) ”Roosa” came and filled the dog shaped space we had. Roosa was supposed to just be a buddy to take us out and about but things went a bit different. We got back to the ringside and there the idea of another norfolk – possibly a black&tan one – came more clear. Then Heilurihännän Black Cherry (breeders Kirsi and Asko Nieminen, kennel Heilurihännän) ”Iines” became a part of our family. The story of Karloon started at the year of 2009 when the first litter was born. Love for these determined little terriers has stayed strong and it keeps on going. Our goal is to breed healthy, good temperament and typy norfolks. We have signed the Finnish Kennel Club’s Breeding Terms and are members of Finnish Norwich and Norfolk Terriers Association.
